1.- The rented vehicle is ONLY for domestic transportation of the renter. No sub-rental, racing, dangerous driving, or abuse of the vehicle is permitted, a fee of USD$50.00 will be charged for any additional drivers.

2.- The rented vehicle MUST be returned in the SAME condition as per the day of the rental.

3.- Please note smoking or vaping is prohibited in all rental. A fee of $250.00 applied to vehicles with smoke odor.

4.- In the event that the Renter damage or has an accident in the vehicle the Renter will be fully responsible to pay the cost of repairing this vehicle. A deductible fee of USD$1,500.00 to USD$2,000 dollars depending on the damages on the vehicle.

5.- Accident should immediately be reported to the police call 911 then to Garcia’s Car Rental.

6.- A fee of $150.00 will be charged for excessive dirt, sand or damage interior.

7.- Renter will be charged for tires and rims if damaged market price.

8.- There will be a fee of $700.00 to $1,000.00 for all lost or damage keys.

9.- Drivers under 25 years old can be able to rent but must leave a security deposit of USD$500 dollars.

10.- The Vehicle is insured against bodily injury and or property damage up to the limits imposed by our road traffic ordinance that the Lessee might inflict on a third party excluding any liability for loss, damage or injury sustained by pillion passengers. 13.2 The following items are not included in the car rental insurance coverage: Flat Battery, damage by putting in the wrong fuel type in the car, broken windows, tire or key replacement, roadside assistance, damage to underside of the Vehicle and/or damage to the Vehicle roof, regardless how occasioned, including if the Lessee is found to be driving “off-road” which is not permitted, and damage to the interior caused by spilling drinks, cigarette burns in seats, etc.

11.- GARCIA’S CAR RENTAL is not responsible for any injury or life of the Renter or anyone else in the rented vehicle, nor for any goods, items, etc left in the rental vehicle.

12.- This rental agreement is interpreted according to the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands by noncomplying with this agreement this will result in the matter of being filed in Turks and Caicos Court.
